Invite adults
Invite a co-parent, a helper, or a viewer. Each role sees a different home screen.
Open Settings › Adults & roles (or Setup on a new family). Send an email invite or a one-tap link.
Roles
| Role | Typical person | What they do |

| Owner | One parent | Plans, invites, exports, deletes the family |
| Admin | The other parent | Plans, logs, reviews |
| Helper | Live-in caregiver | Today, capture, playbook |
| Viewer | Grandparent | Highlights only |
Tips
- Invite the helper with the language they read.
- Viewers do not need a full inbox workflow. A share or viewer session is enough.
- Do not reuse a helper invite for a parent. Roles are not the same.
